Eric founded Sovereign Realty Advisors 2007. Prior to SRA, Eric spent over 20 years as a real estate developer of commercial and residential properties and has invested and managed numerous multi-residential, industrial, and retail spaces. As a licensed Massachusetts and New Hampshire Real Estate Broker and Construction Supervisor, he’s overseen residential and commercial projects and ground-up developments. Drawing on his background in development, Eric’s range of expertise includes permitting, financing of new construction projects along with sales and leasing of industrial, office, multi-residential and mixed-use space. As a strong leader and calculated risk-taker with profound industry knowledge, Eric provides his clients with guidance throughout the entire process of acquisition and disposition, and offers valuable assistance on complex issues such as environmental/21E clean ups. Eric has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Salem State University.
For nearly 20 years, he’s been actively involved in the acquisition, sales, development and management of properties. Prior to joining SRA, Jim spent his career in real estate and the financial services industry. Embracing the core values of integrity, innovation and growth, Jim’s contributions to SRA are boundless. Instilling confidence and maintaining a profitable business model, and recognizing growth opportunities, he has successfully lead SRA in completing multiple development projects from Cape Cod to Cape Ann. Jim has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Salem State University.
Catherine joined Sovereign Realty Advisors in 2009. Prior to SRA, she was the Director of Production at Digitas in Boston, handling accounts, finance, marketing and design for Fortune 100 and 500 companies including General Motors, AT&T, Royal Caribbean, Delta Airlines and Federal Express. She brings 20 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising, has a sharp eye for detail, and on point budgetary compliance. As GM and a consistent producer, Catherine is recognized for her ability to analyse operations and projects, and lead strategic marketing ventures that fuel the industry.
Fred joined Sovereign Realty Advisors in 2013, licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, specializing in Commercial Sales and Leasing within the Office, Retail, Industrial and Multi-Family markets. Prior to SRA, he spent seven years as Director of Sales and Marketing for a privately owned real estate development firm on the South Shore. Fred managed the firm’s multi-residential portfolio as well as the sales and leasing of commercial property developments. With over 20+ years of industry experience, Fred has an in-depth knowledge of market trends and provides each client with a level of confidence, ensuring his commitment to meeting their financial goals. As a valued member of SRA, his vision and ability to nurture relationships leads to long-term solutions and successes for SRA and its clients.
Prior to joining SRA, Steve was the property manager of a retailed anchored shopping plaza where he negotiated leases, managed renovations, and maintained 100% occupancy during his time there.
Steve has a BS in Communications from The University of Albany (SUNY) and enjoys spending his free time on the golf course with friends and family. Steve is dedicated to helping our clients achieve their real estate goals.
Lisa Ramos joined Sovereign Realty after having been a consistent top producer in the area residential real estate market. She has years of experience with buyers and sellers in single family, condo, luxury, multifamily and rental property transaction. Lisa is well known for her keen business sense, ability to pinpoint home values, outgoing personality, dedication to community, drive to succeed in business and ability to seamlessly guide clients through each transaction.
Lisa is a fifth generation native of the area and currently serves as President of the Magnolia Historical Society. Her knowledge of this area are evident in the published book she authored, Magnolia – A Brief History. Lisa is a graduate of Endicott College and holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
When she is not busy negotiating real estate deals, Lisa enjoys sports and the outdoors with her husband, 2 sons and dog.
