Fred joined Sovereign Realty Advisors in 2013. Licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Fred specializes in Commercial Sales and Leasing within the Office, Retail, Industrial and Multi-Family markets. Prior to SRA, he spent seven years as Director of Sales and Marketing for a privately-owned real estate development firm on the South Shore. Fred managed the firm’s multi-residential portfolio as well as the sales and leasing of their commercial property developments.
